Getting Started
It all begins with a conversation and a connection. Contact me to schedule a complimentary 30-minute phone call, where we can discuss your project and explore how our services can help bring your vision to life.

Consultation
The initial consultation is a 2-hour in-person meeting, priced at $320. During this time, we’ll review your project and discuss the scope in detail. After the meeting, I’ll provide a comprehensive project proposal and preliminary budget. If you decide to move forward with us, the consultation fee will be credited toward your first invoice.

Phase One / Programming & Concept Development
Design is all about communication, and we often do that through visuals. To help me understand your style, please gather images of spaces, colors, and details that inspire you. This doesn’t need to be formal—just share what resonates with you. A great place to start is by saving images on
Pinterest

Once I’ve reviewed your inspiration, I’ll present you with a design vision package, preliminary space plans, and a programming brief. This phase is about refining the overall direction until it feels just right. I’ll continue to revise this document until you’re completely happy, as it forms the foundation of your design.

Phase Two / Schematic Design
With your approval of the initial direction, I’ll begin developing the design further, sourcing furnishings and decor that align with your vision. This is often the most time-consuming part of the process, as I’m focused on finding high-quality pieces that meet your specific requirements. I typically present two options for each item to choose from.

Phase Three / Project Management
Once the design and furnishings are approved, I’ll move forward with ordering and managing the logistics. From obtaining quotes to placing orders, receiving goods, and overseeing installations, I handle it all. This includes organizing moving trucks, hanging artwork, and addressing any issues that arise along the way, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
