Our clients wanted to transform their small, minimalist office into a functional and inspiring workspace for their team of four. The goal was to create a boardroom, an open office area, a compact coffee station, and ample storage to discreetly hide items like printers, water coolers, and other office supplies. They also wanted to incorporate elements of nature, add greenery, and use sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise and create a more peaceful, comfortable environment.

The result is a bright, open workspace with vibrant pops of colour that evoke an urban feel.

The glass-walled boardroom maintains an airy, open atmosphere while offering a private space for meetings, calls, or focused work.

The kitchenette blends seamlessly into the surrounding millwork, with the sink and fixtures cleverly camouflaged to preserve a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.

A handwoven felt wall-hanging serves both as art and a functional element, absorbing sound to enhance the office’s acoustics.

Two oversized tables provide flexible workstations for two, or can be combined to create a large collaborative area for team gatherings.

A bold, vibrant wall sculpture made from pencil crayons adds a playful touch to the boardroom, visible from across the space. The bright neon Tom Dixon stools complement this feature—(and yes, you can actually use the pencil crayons!).

Custom light fixtures crafted by a local maker, Matthew McCormick, bring a natural warmth to the cool-toned space, enhancing its inviting, cozy atmosphere.
